You will find attached Legiplaisance's analysis of the consequences of the deconfinement measures implemented in France as of May 11th.
They can be summarized as follows:
- If you live more than 100 kms from your boat, you cannot sail (this may change after June 2nd).
- If you live less than 100 kms away, you can do so provided that you respect a certain number of precautions (restrictive but common sense) and provided that the sea rescue means are able to intervene (a decision which will probably depend on the prefect).
